Tony Loman is a sociologist and social psychologist with many years of research experience. He has degree and studies in other areas as well, including philosophy, mathematics and the physical sciences. Along with his research associates, he has conducted scores of studies at state and local levels in various areas related to family and child welfare. These include evaluations of programs advancing employment and training, assistance to families with developmentally disabled children, childcare assistance, work with families reported for child neglect and abuse, help to individuals arrested and tried for drug crimes, the mentally ill, and many other areas (see the biography page).
